This policy explains how Nomou handles data on nomou.digital and in our four apps on Salla and Zid: AI Product Import, Abaya Studio, Expiry & Batch Tracker and Abaya Fit.
Nomou is a brand of Growth & Innovation for Digital Solutions (النمو والابتكار للحلول الرقمية), company no. 520686, based in Amman, Jordan. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
When you install any app, the platform (Salla or Zid) gives us your store ID and basic store details, an access token with the permissions you approved, and the store owner's contact details as provided by the platform. We use these only to run the app and to contact you about it.
Subscriptions and payments run through the platform's own subscription system. We never receive your card details.
We use AI, hosting and email service providers to run the apps, and send them only what each task needs, under contracts that require them to protect it. We don't use your data to train AI models, and we only use providers whose business terms don't allow them to train on your content. You can ask us for the list of providers by email.
When our apps process data about your store's customers, you are responsible for that data and we process it on your behalf, only on your instructions and only to run the app.
We are based in Jordan and serve merchants in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and the wider region. Your data may be processed in a country other than your own, including where our service providers operate. When we transfer data, we apply the contractual and technical safeguards that applicable law requires.
We don't sell data or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that run the apps on our behalf, or when the law requires us to.
nomou.digital uses no tracking scripts, ads or analytics cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your IP address reaches Google when they load. Our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs for security.
We handle personal data in line with the data protection laws that apply to us and to our merchants, including Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023, Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 where it applies.
Depending on where you are, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Our apps are made for merchants and are not directed at children.
We may update this policy. We'll publish the updated version here with its date, and notify you in the app if the change is significant.
